On Monday, 9/23/24, I brought Luz T to your office for any assistance your agency might be able to give her.  Lucy had been the victim of crimes over the summer from a grandson and Crime Victim's had suggested we come to you.  Through the trauma, Lucy had been despondent about life and she felt cannot cook any more for herself.  I knew she is capable but mentally I'm not sure what is going on.

I'm also grateful for your programs.  I knew a bit about you as I did crime prevention for the Lima Police Department my last 9 years of employment there.  I was on an elderly coalition with members from your agency and I at times referred elderly victims to your programs.  But this was the first time I had been on the receiving end of your services.  Lucy and I are both appreciative.

I hope you will let Carrie know that I followed through in contacting you and singing her praises for a job well done.

Sincerely,

LeeAnn Shade

Kudos

I have the pleasure to see how Lauryn Mason is growing in her position as a Program Support Specialist.  When I got home yesterday, she was on the phone with an individual who was clearly upset and panicked that she would not qualify for SRS.  Lauryn was very patient and kind with this individual and was reassuring that all the information would be addressed in the process of reaching a decision on SRS.  I know that she is my daughter but watching her grow as a professional and a person has been an incredible joy for me.  Her growth in confidence and the ability to talk an individual down and provide support makes me smile!  She has had such amazing support from her team in learning her job!!!

KUDOS to Dave Luersman and Shannon Hadding- the collaborative work they are doing, the awareness they have of available community resources, and how they support individuals through the process! The level of customer service you both provide is exceptional and does not go unrecognized.

JUST WANT TO SEND A HUGE KUDOS TO TANYA HUBBARD! Way to go above and beyond to help out an individual that has expressed needing extra assistance to get paperwork turned into JFS by stopping out to his house and assisting him in signing the paperwork so that he does not get denied for services that he very much needs! THANK YOU SO MUCH TANYA!

I want to give the BIGGEST KUDOS to Lydia Seigristf or being willing to go out on her own to complete a 180 visit for another Recovery Manager, who was out sick on March 21, 2024. You were confident in going out by yourself, you did fantastic with your documentation and getting things signed for the visit....but not just that you were showing Teamwork by helping your co-worker! Great job and keep up the good work in your role as a Recovery Manager!

Sending Alissa Gremling a big kudos!! She has assisted with the onboarding and training of our new assessor Stefanie Leffler. Alissa stepped up in a big way to fill a need and has done an AMAZING job with providing consistency, peer support, and hands on learning to Stefanie. Such a great display of teamwork! Thank you so much Alissa for all the time and effort you have put into supporting Stefanie and the team!
